Hi, I'm James—a Fitness Coach and Personal Trainer committed to helping office workers stay active and build strength, for life.
With a degree in Sport and Exercise Science and years of experience in a demanding office job, I know how tough it can be to fit fitness into a busy schedule. My own journey—from a childhood of swimming and karate to CrossFit as an adult—has taught me that no matter how hectic life gets, there’s always time to prioritize your health.
I’m here to provide the guidance, support, and accountability you need to reach your fitness goals, all while maintaining a balanced lifestyle.
